Our Story

Formed in 2010 by our Founder, Jeremy Sasson, Heirloom Hospitality was born from a single location and today operates a diverse set of restaurants. Our drive comes from our first restaurant, Townhouse Birmingham, where we have positively contributed to the local community by growing a brand that cares about the little things and the people who support it. This ethos and attention to detail is instilled in every Heirloom brand and sets us on a course with purpose at our core.

A note from our founder

In 2010 I had the crazy idea of starting a restaurant with a kitchen disconnected from the main dining room and our storage in our neighbors building. We had 52 seats in the winter and 130 in the summer. It amazes me how much we have developed as a hospitality group, and how much we have learned about ourselves in the last decade.

As we’ve grown, it’s become necessary to create a solid brand foundation. This ensures we remain consistent to our values and never forget that this business is about caring about the details and about our guests.

Today, Heirloom Hospitality occupies four locations, each with a distinct offering and unique place within the community they reside. As we continue on our ambitious growth plan, adding further locations and concepts, it is important we remind ourselves of how we got here.

Within our team we have passionate, committed, inspired, talented, and most importantly, caring people who give of themselves for the well-being of our guests. In turn we have elevated our restaurants and bars to a higher level of success and expectation. This is what a “Great Team” is, and that is the definition of Heirloom Hospitality.
