and distinguished, we elected to expand on this idea, incorporating our passion for integrity and quality. ‘Prime’ not only represents our selection of prime meats, it is also the very definition and representation of our concept. ‘Proper’ describes every facet of our genuine dedication and obsession to the art of hospitality, what it means to truly value our guests and every detail in the execution of our service to provide an unprecedented experience.
